It’s another lovely summer at
Ocean Forest Condominiums.
A BIG thank you to Francisco, our Maintenance Supervisor, for keeping our property and pool so beautifully maintained with his assistant, Antonio. We are fortunate to have them.
POOL ·Hope you are enjoying our sparkling, clean swimming pool. Below is a reminder of the pool RULES:
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.
• A maximum of four guests per unit are welcome if accompanied by the resident.
• Keep voices and music at low levels so others at the pool and residents in the surrounding units are not disturbed.
• No glassware in the gated pool area.
• No lifeguard. Use pool at your own risk.
PARKING · We all know that parking on the property can be challenging. Please be helpful in the following ways:
• Consistently use your covered parking space leaving open spaces available for others.
• Park on the street if you have more than two cars. We are very short on open (uncovered) parking spaces.
• If you have a registered vehicle that is not often driven, please park in front of building 100 where there are the most open spaces or consider storing your vehicle offsite.
Ocean Forest residents come from all over the globe,
but are united by three things: sunshine, shared walls,
and strong opinions about parking.😊
PLUMBING AND WATER LEAKS
· If you are a homeowner, call Poe’s Plumbing at (831) 710-2204. Poe’s is responsive and very familiar with our building.
· If you are a tenant, call your rental property management company, for example, Mangold, 36 North, etc.
· If there is an urgent water issue, immediately call the Property Manager here at Ocean Forest. See contact information below.
· Special Request: Call the Ocean Forest Property Manager right away if your toilet is running or if your shower, bathtub faucet, kitchen sink or bathroom sink are dripping/leaking. Thank you!

•LAUNDRY ROOM UPDATE
Coming soon we will have a small fee increase for washing and drying:·
$2.00 Washing one load·
$2.00 Drying one load
We are happy to report that Ocean Forest is still approximately one-half of what all the other local laundromats charge. Our two laundry rooms are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
•BABY GRAND PIANO
A beautiful Baby Grand Piano was donated to Ocean Forest and now resides in our Clubhouse for use by all residents.

•PARKING
Ocean Forest has 141 overhead parking spaces each with an assigned owner who displays a visible parking permit.
Conversely, we only have 61 open parking spaces for second vehicles and temporary visitors.
As a courtesy, please always use your overhead space first to leave open parking spaces for guests and second vehicles.
•PLUMBING
The Property Manager and HOA strongly suggests that all residents use Poe's Plumbing for all your plumbing issues. Poe's has a long history with Ocean Forest and an intimate understanding of the building. Poe's can easily be reached at 831-710-2204.
• AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES
Call Jane's Answering Service at 831-585-1717. They will contact the Property Manager.
